We're holding a new community event aimed at giving businesses and organisations from across Galway an insight into our employee led resource groups, which have played a key role in our recognition as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces.

Why? We're inviting local businesses and organisations to join us, to meet with representatives from across our groups and find out how introducing similar groups could help their own companies.

Our groups represented at the event will include: LGBTQIA+ Pride, Social Club, Sustainability, Health & wellbeing, Women in Tech, STEM, Ability & accessibility, Employee giving & volunteering, Mental Health Champions and Choir. Each group has the overarching aim of bringing employees together while strengthening the inclusive workplace and enhancing personal development.

We're proud of our employee led groups and the strides they have made over the last number of years because of their input and actions and now, we want to share this valuable information with the Galway business community.
